If you do not remember the number, you can find it under the photograph on your<\/p>\n<form action=\"\" method=\"POST\">\r\n\t<strong>University ID:<\/strong> <input type=\"text\" name=\"cislo_osoby\"> \r\n\t<input type=\"submit\" value=\" Send \">\r\n<\/form>\t\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3>P\u0159ihla\u0161ovac\u00ed \u00fadaje do Office 365 a stav Va\u0161eho konta:<\/h3>\r\n\r\n<br><table>\r\n\t<tr><td>University ID:<\/td><td><\/td><\/tr>\r\n\t<tr><td>First and last Name:<\/td><td> <\/td><\/tr>\r\n\t<tr style=\"color:navy;font-weight:bold;\"><td>First and last Name (= student faculty e-mail):<\/td><td><\/td><\/tr>\r\n\t<tr><td>Account status:<\/td><td><\/td><\/tr>\r\n\t<tr><td>Last changed:<\/td><td><\/td><\/tr>\r\n\t<tr><td>Updated:<\/td><td><\/td><\/tr>\r\n<\/table>\n<p><u>Office 365 Login:<\/u><\/p>\n<p>You need your user ID to successfully login to the <a href=\"http:\/\/sit.pedf.cuni.cz\/pro-studenty\/office-365-pro-studenty\/\">Office 365<\/a> account.\u00a0Your user ID is also your <strong><u>student faculty e-mail<\/u><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><u>Account status legend:<\/u><\/p>\n<p><strong>A \u2013 Active account<\/strong> = Full access to Office 365.<br \/>\n<strong>N \u2013 Inactive account<\/strong> = Restricted and limited access, e.g. reading files opened in MS Office and cloud apps and services. Cloud data remain intact. This status is automatically generated during study deferral or cancelation\/ending of the studies. This status is then active for 6 months from the last update. After this period the status automatically changes to the Z status. <em>Z<\/em>.<br \/>\n<strong>Z \u2013 Cancelled account<\/strong> = No service available due to inactivity for more than 6 months from the last update. After this period your cloud data will be deleted (= thus switching to the <em>S status<\/em>). If you will manage however to start or renew your studies during this status, your data will be re-uploaded and the status will change to A.<br \/>\n<strong>S \u2013 Deleted account<\/strong> = No access to any services. Your account including personal data was deleted, because your account has remained cancelled for more than 6 months.<\/p>\n<p><u>Last update:<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Date from which the last change of status was issued (e.g. Due to the ending of deferral of studies).<\/p>\n<p><u>Updated:<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Time of last synchronisation.<\/p>\n<p><u>Student number has not been found:<\/u><\/p>\n<p>If such error occurs <strong><em>\u010c\u00edslo studenta nebylo nalezeno (in Czech)<\/em><\/strong>, please check if your student ID number has been input correctly and if you also have your private e-mail address paired in the SIS (see the guide <a href=\"http:\/\/sit.pedf.cuni.cz\/pro-studenty\/office-365-pro-studenty\/\">here<\/a>). <strong>Synchronisation happens every day overnight<\/strong>, meaning if you have set up your private e-mail address to your SIS today, you will have to wait until tomorrow for that to take an effect.<\/p>\n<p>Office 365 And the faculty e-mail is available to all PedF CUNI students with the exception of C\u017dV (lifelong learning program) students.
